Mammadkamal Kazimov – 95
On December 5, 2024, a memorial evening dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the actor, director, Honored Cultural Worker Mammadkamal Kazimov was held. The event held at the State Film Fund was attended by prominent theater and cinema figures, intellectuals, and relatives of the artist. Friends of the art remembered Mammadkamal Kazimov with fond memories.
The speakers at the event - Chairman of the Union of Theater Figures of Azerbaijan, People's Artist, State Prize laureate Haji Ismayilov, Deputy Chairmen - People's Artist, Professor Ilham Namig Kamal and Honored Artist, Professor Azad Shukurov, People's Artists Rafig Azimov, Hamida Omarova, Honored Artist Yadigar Muradov spoke about Mammadkamal Kazimov's rich life and creative path, the interesting images he created, and the examples of art he created.
The participants of the event got acquainted with the exhibition reflecting the artist's life path. At the end of the memorial evening, which continued with interesting conversations, the artist's daughter, Vafa Novruzova, expressed her gratitude to the organizers and participants of the event.
